9:00am - 4:30pm, START WITH WHY

Everyone has a WHY. Your WHY is the purpose, cause or belief that inspires you. Knowing your WHY gives you a filter to make choices, at work and at home, that will help you find greater fulfillment in all that you do.

In Part 1, you'll identify your most meaningful personal and professional experiences. Your family, friends, and experiences helped form who you are today and serve as the foundation for discovering your Why.

Once you capture your stories, we’ll share some tips for how to find a great partner for Part 2. In Part 2, you’ll share your stories with your partner. Their perspective will help you identify the patterns that inform your Why. By the end of Part 2, you’ll have the first draft of your Why Statement.

In Part 3, you'll refine your Why Statement so that it's clear and actionable, including tips on how to bring your Why to life and ensure that it's front and center in everything you do.
