FLAME Webinars

 

In 2018, FLAME held two webinars on July 10 and Sept 6  – Art museum education leaders discussed the TED talk, Listening to Shame by Brené Brown and notions of vulnerability, creativity, innovation, and change.   hosted by Lynn Pearson Russell, Head, Division of Education, National Gallery of Art and facilitated by Leadership and Organization Development Specialist, Jennifer Zoffel.

Questions tackled included: How does your organization respond to vulnerability, uncertainty, and risk? How do you as a leader manage vulnerability in yourself and others? In what ways does fear of failure paralyze your team and how can we move through that?
